Hey kids, like violence? Then you might like Straw Dogs, Rod Lurie's take on the controversy-magnet Sam Peckinpah film of 1979. And here's the first trailer from the movie to give you some idea what you're in for.

The film stars James Marsden and Kate Bosworth as L.A. screenwriter David Sumner and his wife Amy. They relocate to her smalltown home in the Deep South, but tensions build between the two when they get there - and soon trouble's flaring up with the locals as well.

The cast also includes James Woods, Dominic Purcell, Alexander Skarsgard (sans fangs), Laz Alonso and Willa Holland. Straw Dogs is out in the UK on October 28.

NO WAY! You can't do this especially with this cast the best thing about the film was the foreigner vs the creepy country bumpkins this Marsden in for Hoffman I DON'T THINK SO! you only have to look at the originals poster & you just know this'll be toned down for a 15cert. More
