Jeffrey Dean Morgan Will Be The Courier
In a new action film

Since firmly establishing his snarky action credentials in Watchmen and The Losers (even though neither film exactly soared at the box office), Jeffrey Dean Morgan is finding more roles coming his way. He’s just signed on to play an expert delivery type in The Courier.

No, it doesn’t mean you’ll see him pulling up to someone’s house in a brown UPS truck (unless it’s a disguise). The film will find him as a man entrusted with sensitive and often illegal missions, with his latest job being to deliver a briefcase to an infamous underworld boss who is impossible to track down.

While we’re pretty sure Morgan’s character will be The One Man Who Can Find The Guy, he’ll also have to deal with corrupt cops, double-crossing federal agents and rival crime kingpins who would much rather they got their grubby paws on the case, cheers very much.

Paradise Now director Haby Abu-Assad is on board to bring the script, written by Wanted team Derek Haas and Michael Brandt, to life in New Orleans starting next month.

Why...
Would Morgan who has shown he can give good value in action flicks sign up for what sounds like a really bad knock off?! Surely he can get better scripts than this? Or if not he needs to kick his agent to the kerb! More
