New Trailer For Lost Boys: The Thirst
Yup, the second sequel is news to us too

If the fact that there's another Lost Boys sequel in the works has passed you by, prepare to catch up: Lost Boys: The Thirst has just unveiled a trailer online, and it shows, well, that there's another film after 2008's The Tribe.

So Corey Feldman has returned as vampire hunter Edgar Frog, with Jamison Newlander back as his brother Alan. This, incidentally, means that that bit at the end of The Tribe showing Alan as a vampire must've been wrong, since he seems human here (unless he was only a "half-vampire" as in the first film and his master was killed). Anyhoo, a new "designer drug" is sweeping the area, but it's actually vampire blood and turns people into vampires! Egads! It'll be like Frostbite. Or True Blood. Only, we're sure, totally different.

Funnily enough, this doesn't have a theatrical release date, but we're sure it'll be on a video store shelf / online rental list soon.

RE: What?
Here's the link to the trailer:   www.youtube.com/watch?v=zl_I3AD9PtYp; I'd rather watch paint dry.   What annoys me is that I just know that when this comes out people are going to buy it.  They're going to buy it and then theyre going to complain that its a terrible film.  DONT BUY IT!    The whole entire reason they made Lost boys II The Tribe is because they knew so many people were fans of the first movie.  They took advantage of it and mad More

RE: What?
I give up, theuy wanna wreck a cult following they can wreck a cult folowing. Maybe in the next one make new recruits, make the girls all swoony and the vamps all hunky and non-threatening and live in a condo and eternally live out the last year of high school.......Oh wait! ]] More

RE: What?
I've seen that and it's more of a deleted scene than an alternate ending.  Either way, it didn't make it on screen, so it ain't canon, yet.  Guess with the current vogue for Vampires they're not going to go on after their theory of Werewolves in the Whitehouse anytime soon.  Shame. More

RE: What?
I'm in. Oh Empire, I'm pretty sure you're wrong about the brother.  It isn't the brother that comes back as a Vampire at the end of The Tribe.  It's Corey Haim's character Sam. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0WL4_1qVos8 More

What?
I didn't even realise there was a sequel to the first movie let alone this! I love the first movie so why didn't they just leave it alone? I don't know why they even waste their time and energy on things like this. What a load of pish! More
