There are heroes like Indiana Jones. There are heroes like Atticus Finch. And then there are heroes like Gordon Gecko, perhaps the greatest of all, because only he has the courage to say that greed is good and bankers are awesome. And today you get some freshly minted clips of his eternal cynicism in action in Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.
To be honest, however, these two clips focus on Shia LaBeouf's young Turk Jacob rather than Douglas' grizzled veteran. The first is a confrontation between the two, revealing that LaBeouf's been dabbling on the wrong side of the law, while the second features Frank Langella's Lewis Zabel, Jacob's mentor.
Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps premiered this week at Cannes and will hit the UK on September 29, 2010, and the US five days before.
The original was great, the ending was crying out for a sequel.
Can't wait, but can Shia be a good as Charlie? More

Shia comes clean
Shia has gone up in my opinion of him during his promotion of this movie by publicially admitting that even he thinks the last Indy movie had 'rampant problems' - check out his comments.
