Dwayne Johnson Driving To Fast 5?
He could be Furiously hunting Vin Diesel

07 May 2010  |  Written by James White  |  Source: Deadline

Looks like Vin Diesel and Paul Walker could be getting some muscular competition in the next Fast & Furious franchise entry, currently working titled Fast 5: Dwayne Johnson is considering a starring role in the movie.

According to Deadline, it’s nowhere near signed or sealed yet, but apparently if he does lock in a deal, Johnson would be a lawman – which would put him up against our heroes.

He’d certainly be ready for the action and hard driving aspects of it, as he’s been busy with fast cars and big guns making the thriller Faster, which combined with mining his comedy side in The Other Guys, marks his first solid step back into more grown-up territory after the likes of Tooth Fairy…

RE: Dear God...
Not sure I can see him being a man of the law. It would work if he was a bad guy or just one of the drivers. More

Dear God...
Please oh please oh puuhhlleeaassee let this be true, it would be hilarious. And if I could possibly have a second wish (greedy I know), please let the Rock do his people's eyebrow JUST ONCE during the film. Cheers. More

By all accounts these movies shouldn't exist.
But I'm so, so glad they do. More

Ahahaha - that's brilliant, God bless you Rock
The Fast & Furious series is a total guilty pleasure for me and although they're trash I do enjoy them. I was almost kind of pleased that a fifth was being developed and now that The Rock himself could be involved I'm interested to see it. Dwayne hunting Vin? That sounds great to me. More
