Exclusive Last Airbender Poster
And new fire and air posters online

M. Night Shymalan may be better known for mind-bending last act twisteroos than global-straddling action-adventures which combine the elements of Earth, Air, Water and Fire. But here's The Last Airbender, a change of pace for the twistmeister, and to give you a taste of what's in store here's an exclusive look at the new international one-sheet for the film.

That's Noah Ringer, who plays Aang, the titular scion of the Airbender tribe, in the centre in the threatening hoodie. He has to take down the evil Fire Empire (represented here by Dev Patel's Zuko) to make the world safe for those representing the other elements.

As if that weren't enough, there are new Fire and Air posters online over at IGN, with Zuko and Aang once again strutting their stuff. The Last Airbender is out on August 13 here in the UK. Forget your periodic tables and embrace the real four elements then.

You must admit, its a truly dumb title - even IF its based on a popular Nickelodeon title. know what you mean. I was at an Iron Man 2 showing last thursday in Gateshead. Exactly the same thing happened. If the original TV show was called Avatar: The Last Airbender, then they should ha More

I think i might have been at the same showing, terrible name for a film..there's only one shot in the trailer where the lead kid/airbender? spoke, he did not sound good. More
