Here's another look at Shrek: The Final Chapter 3D, in the form of the international poster, as the fourquel edges ever closer to release. Yes, It's A Wonderful Shrek as the big green ogre wishes away his happy family life for a return to his responsibility-free days in the swamp - and lives to regret his decision when it leaves Rumplestiltskin as King of Far Far Away.

As you can see here, it also leaves Shrek never having met Donkey, Fiona having become a warrior-woman and Puss-in-Boots too busy eating to be debonair - what a horrifying prospect.

The film's out on July 2, so you'll have to wait until then to start guessing whether this really will be the "final chapter" or not.

Not that I want any more Shrek movies. But I'm surprised they went all out and called it "The final chapter" because it's a bit... final! (oh, and its a terrible title!). Still, "The final destination" has turned out to be at best "The penultimate destination" hasn't it? More

The first reason for not seeing this is the fact that No. 3 was cack, but another is the disasterous logic. Why/how is Fiona still an ogre? As this is an alternate reality where Shrek and Fiona never met, she'd have to have fallen in love with another ogre, no? More
