Eva Longoria Parker Moves To Tenement
She's starring in a new horror movie

Eva Longoria Parker has decided to spend her summer away from Desperate Housewives getting scared, so she’s signed on to star in Franc Reyes’ new horror film Tenement.

The announcement cropped up in Production Weekly’s Twitter feed (and was spotted by Shock ‘Till You Drop), with word that the film kicks off shooting next month in New York.

According to Reyes himself, the film will wear its influences on its bloody sleeve: "If I had to point to one film that had the full impact of story, writing and genius directing, on me it has to be The Exorcist. Telling the story of Tenement fuses The Exorcist, Amityville Horror and Rosemary’s Baby.”

Which makes us guess that it’s about a woman who gives birth to the devil’s child in a spooky building and is then set upon by a priest who tries to drive the evil spirit from the baby. Okay, we’ll just wait for the official plot announcement....
