New Toy Story 3 Clips Online
Looks like this sequel is darker

14 April 2010  |  Written by Helen O'Hara

Be afraid, be very afraid. The new Toy Story 3 clips that have gone online, entitled Gadget and Security Camera, are rather more adult than the usual promo - and the Security Camera one, in particular, may haunt your nightmares. If you're a real scaredy-cat, anyway.

OK, so this is probably not going to challenge for the Most Adult Movie Ever Made title (although the buzz we're hearing is nothing short of stellar, whatever your age), but these are a very different beast from the clips we've seen to date. Check them out for yourself below.

"Security Camera" Clip:

"Gadgets" clip:

Toy Story 3 is out on July 23 in the UK, more than a month after the US release on June 18 - definitive proof against the existence of a benevolent god.

RE: ???
Thought the trailers were pretty cool, it's funny to see the toys marketed in a way that were not used to. Almost like those trailer mash ups that are popular. More

im liked it
and Cars is my almost 2 year old's favourite movie OF ALL TIME. He likes Nemo too. but back to TS3. Me too, not sure what the trailers are for exactly. In this respect, these trailers are somewhat similar to PBJ sandwiches. They have no real reason for existing, life's just that better because they are! Well done Pixar, you have got me totally hooked. Now, time foe one of the aforementioned PBJs More

Not sure...
...about the film but I'm sure gonna get me one of them fine looking Sony Erikssons. Wasn't sure after I had to watch the first ad but the second ad (the same as the first) had me! Thanks Empire, because without your adverts I wouldn't know what to buy (oh and thanks for the occasional film tip too).... More

Whilst those were good ideas, I honestly don't think they were all that funny, and I can't quite work out what they are for. I'm still absolutely insanely looking forward to this film. More

Is this what TS3 is gonna be like?
OMG! I cant wait to see this! These trailers are genius! I have to admit that I thought it was gonna be tough to make Toy Story 3 relevant but if these trailers are a taster of the humour style this will be another Pixar classic! To Ethanial: There MUST be a good reason for Cars 2, cant quite figure it out tho... More
