Seth Gordon Directing New Comedy
He'll helm Celeste And Jesse Forever

After cutting his teeth on fictional films with Four Christmases, King Of Kong director Seth Gordon is sticking with comedy for Celeste And Jesse Forever.

Parks And Recreation star Rashida Jones has nabbed the lead role (not too tough consider she also co-wrote it) as one half of a divorcing couple who try to keep their long-cherished friendship alive even as they date other people.

Fox Atomic originally picked up the script, but has since shoved it into turnaround, where Overture Films picked it up. If the company and Gordon can line up a full cast in time, the hope is to start shooting in April.
