New Fantastic Mr. Fox Character Banners More animal magic from Fox and friends
While it took a while to adjust to Wes Anderson's homemade style animation, Fantastic Mr. Fox has dug its way into our hearts and sits near the top of our October wish list.
Here's a fresh batch of character posters to splash some (slightly psychedelic) colour into your Friday, showing Mr and Mrs Fox and their managerie of animal activists. We particularly like the one of the Jason Schwartzman-voiced Ash, bringing the Nacho Libre.
All the buzz suggests that Anderson has brought the story to life in his inimitable enchanting-yet-idiosyncratic style and should provide a fitting end to a good year for stop-motion. After all, even Morph never got to open the London Film Festival.

It's Completely unknown whether this movie is going to be good or not.
It's directed by Wes Anderson, who is a great director, but he mostly directs comedy dramas. I'm not sure he could do a good job of directing an animated movie.

I loved the animation style of this from the get-go. It's great to see something this different on such a high profile release. The animation is beautiful, with just the right amount of quirk, so much detail and humour throughout. I hope the whole film carries that tone.
