First Look At Ellen Page In Whip It!
Pics online from Barrymore's rollerama

Drew Barrymore is wheeling out the girl power for her new comedy and directorial debut Whip It! A new picture which has surfaced online shows star girl Ellen Page in all-girl roller team the Hurl Scouts, including Barrymore herself and lady of laughs Kristen Wiig bringing up the rear.

Page plays - yes, you've guessed it - a tough talking teen, who this time around, shuns her pushy mum's ideal of beauty pagaent glory and takes up competitive roller sport, finding herself in the passion and pain the team goes through.

Click here to check out the Hurl Scout girls rolling up a storm.

So can Page and the girls match up to those freaky Wheelers from Return To Oz? Or perhaps Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors? Or do the girls in green just look like the Poddington Peas?

RE: spoof?
I don't know about the movie, but managing to crowbar in Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors certainly deserves two thumbs up!  More
