New Poster For The Final Destination
Prepare for copious carnage in 3-D

It has been a long three years since the last installment of death-porn franchise Final Destination, but the fourth film is on its way, and there is a brand new poster to prove it.

Originally called the rather clunky Final Destination 4: Death Trip 3DThe Final Destination as it is now named (obviously not to be confused with plain old Final Destination) will provide extra jumps as it makes the move to a three dimensional fully immersive fright fest.

Featuring a roll-call of expendable TV teen talent including Bobby Campo, Shantel VanSanten, Krista Allen, Haley Webb, Nick Zano, Andrew Fiscella, the film also stars Bubba from Forest Gump, Mykelti Williamson and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' Richard T. Jones . Taking on directing duties once again is Final Destination 2's stuntman-turned-helmsman David R. Ellis.

Set against the backdrop of NASCAR racing, there will be thrills, death cheats and plenty of gory ends all coming out of the screen when it is released on August 28. But is this is actually the final stop for Final Destination?

Guilty Pleasure
A series of films that while not brilliant just truly watchable for the endless inventiveness of the deaths, I can see the pointy bits coming for my eyes now. More

really fun series
i can already sense all the grumbling this news is going to cause, but i love the first three movies. Seeing Final Destination as a 12 year old was a great horror experience, and the opening scene with the roller coaster in FD3 at the cinema was pretty intense, so bring on the 3D! More
