With Wolverine fever building, Fox has released new pics from X-Men Origins: Wolverine across the net to whet our appetites prior to the film's May 1 release date.

Three new pics give further evidence that the long-awaited origin story is gonna knock our socks off. Explosiveness seems to be the order of the day, with Wolverine and Sabertooth going mano-a-mano (Jackman and Schreiber taking buff to the next level), and Taylor Kitsch springing into action as the kinetic mutant, Gambit.
