We have yet more Watchmen goodies for you today, with a before- and-after look at the process of creating Doctor Manhattan, who's big with the Vietnamese - or at least worshipped like a god by the Viet Cong.

This pic forms part of the flashback sequence where Doctor Manhattan talks about his life: how he became the superbeing he is, how it changed his life and how he won the Vietnam War. You can also see the unfinished version with those glowy blue effects yet to be added in.

Exclusive: New Watchmen Production Pics

These pictures come from Titan Books' Watchmen: The Film Companion, which is out on February 6. You can also see more exclusive Watchmen pictures in the latest issue of Empire.
