All Hail Kirk Lazarus
Exclusive Tropic Thunder featurette

19 January 2009  |  Written by James Dyer

If we were to bestow some kind of prize for greatest comedy creation of 2007 it would almost certainly fall upon the shoulders of Kirk Lazarus. Robert Downey Jr's eccentric method actor in Tropic Thunder not only managed to steal the entire film out from under  the other cast members but also managed to score off the charts on Empire's patented amuse-o-meter.

If you missed Tropic Thunder or you just can't get enough of Lazarus in action then take a look below as we have an exclusive featurette straight from the Tropic Thunder DVD, which, incidentally, is out on 26 January.

Quality guy! As the character and the man. But Robert Downey Jnr won't win the oscar. Be cool! if he did. But someone who GAVE a cool performance as the Joker died coz he was a twat! So it will go to him instead. But none the less a big WHOHA! to Lazuraus (just for the Satan's Alley bit haha!) & Rob Downey Jnr. More
