SAW - The Ride At Thorpe Park
Thorpe Park will launch SAW – The Ride in Spring 2009, which will be the world’s first horror movie rollercoaster, and should be one of the scariest.

With a ‘beyond vertical’ drop of 100º from a height of 100ft, SAW – The Ride will be the steepest freefall drop in the world, and riders will endure three inversions to fuel the adrenaline-drenched fun for thrill seekers. Visitors will be at the mercy of the series’ master manipulator, Jigsaw who will test the nerve of all who dare ride it.

Hooking up with Thorpe Park to bring this ride to life, are Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures who launched the successful horror franchise in 2004, which has since spawned three sequels.
This ride will be the Park’s fourth major rollercoaster, and will open on Saturday 14th March. Check out the ride here.
