Twilight Banner Rolled Out Nothing will be the same Source: MTV Movies Blog
Edging closer to the scream-filled day when Twilight finally opens, the final banner has been unleashed. Expect it to last approximately one day as soon as it goes up in cinemas, but here it is for your appreciation.
Edward (Robert Pattinson) is shown in all his vampish glory, his amber eyes watching protectively over his beloved Bella (Kristen Stewart) who looks defiantly over her shoulder. Ready and waiting in the dark, our baddies are looking treacherously sexy.
As the roles of James (Cam Gigandet), Victoria (Rachelle Lefevre) and Laurent (Edi Gathegi) look to be ramped up for the movie, they are a main feature in the advertising. Other notable characters such as Alice and Emmett Cullen are significantly missing from the campaign.

This may show where Catherine Hardwicke’s film diverges from Stephanie Meyer’s book, but whatever it means, the banner certainly captures the dangerous allure that Twilight holds for its fans.
I think one of the issues with the web is the cynicism it breeds. I'm pretty sure if The Lost Boys was on its way for the first time now it would be greeted with choruses of "that looks shit" from the online community. When I was 16 and that movie came out I thought it was the shit.
To me this looks like it could be the same deal for the people it's aimed at. Young teens. Hell why not let them have their fun with the good looking, moody Vampire kids. ... Read More
That is one seriously ugly poster. It looks like the cover to a bad book. Sadly everything I have seen with regards to this film suggests it is going to be similar to a bad tv pilot. what is even sadder is that even if it is a terrible film it will still make a fortune merely because those who obsess about the books and the flat faced bloke playing the main character will never admit they could be mistaken. ... Ok as a major fan of the books - they are absolutely fantastic I am personally looking forward to the film very much. I don't know if will be as astounding as the books - a lot of films rarely are but I am willing to give it a good go and am really looking forward to it so please stop slagging it off until you have actually seen it and if you don't plan to see it get off this page and stop posting useless comments! Empire gives us updates on all films because they like to cater for all tastes s... Read More
What's going on with you guys? Updating like crazy about Twilight, posting about the High school musical premiere, are you bored or what??? The poster is still super ugly and horribly photoshopped, and I still don't care about this movie.
Would be great to focus on other stuff instead, I'm sure there are plenty of movies news that you could talk about, thanks... ... Read More
But thats about it. After Interview with the Vampire (the book and its excellent sequels, not the film), tosh like this should just stay where its peant to stay, in a co-op end of line bin. WHO F%$£ING CARES!!!!! Stop Empire!! Or have you run out of Star Wars stuff to print this month? ... Read More
For the love of all that is good please, enough with the twilight updates. I read the novel and it's nothing to write home about. Yes, a load of hyped up teenage girls will go wild for this news but i don't think they make up the majority of empire readers. Save posting for legitimate news. ... Read More

............ so why bother wasting you energy commenting?

Well I can't speak for the other guy, but I'm bored in work right now, so I'm killing time posting here, it's really not much of a "waste" of energy.
As for the film, I'm not getting much of a sinister vibe from a bunch of pale looking emo kids. ... Read More
