War, what is it good for? Laughs!

Coming Soon has three new pics from Tropic Thunder, which you can see by clicking on the image below (they're the three on the second row from top). The best of the three is the shot of Robert Downey Jr before undergoing surgery to change his racial appearance. Those vivid blue eyes are rather freaky, but we imagine the Aryan look is to provide greater contrast with his transformation.

Tropic Thunder follows a band of prima-donna actors who have been brought together to make a mega-budget war film. When they drive their director to the brink of madness, he dumps them in the middle of the jungle where they find themselves unwittingly caught in a real battle. The film is directed by Ben Stiller.
