Dark Knight Trailer Debuts In Two Weeks
New promo coming for Batman sequel

21 April 2008  |  Written by Olly Richards

One of the biggest events at this year's New York Comic Con was the bowing of the new trailer for The Dark Knight. Reaction to the clip was apparently cacophonous to say the least (oh, we know, who'd have thought?) and there was word that the trailer will be seen by the general public when Iron Man opens.

If you can't wait until then, you can read a description of the trailer at JoBlo here and make up the pictures in your head, or use finger puppets, if you have some to hand.

Two weeks!! Two weeks!!
I actually don't think I can wait two weeks, this is just too cruel. Surely some naughty person got a sneaky recording/copy although, I'd hate to see it in crappy quality. I'm so impressed by how they've kept up the hype with the viral promos, also really pleased that most of the plot has been kept under wraps. I've lost much of my desire to see Iron Man as I feel I've seen most of it in trailers already! More

Good news! Also Twilight Featurette Up
I'm quietly anticipating this trailer. I hope it's as "geegasmic" as it sounds! Now I don't want to sound like a spokesperson for the movie "Twilight" but as it is being neglected on a lot of major film sites I have decided to keep the readers of Empire informed (providing that is you want to see it). A featurette (4mins) has been released by Summit. It features some great behind the scenes footage and cast interviews. Watch and enjoy @ http://youtube.com/watch?v=sD6DFloIXyE. More

I'm sure I wont be able to...
but I'm going to try to not watch (or read a synopsis of) this trailer online before Iron Man comes out so that I can see it for the first time on the big screen. But I'm pretty sure I'll cave in and watch it if it debuts online first. More
