RE: Incredulous Sulk
L: Evil_Monkey25 What are some of you people on about? This Hulk picture looks pretty damn fine, as far as I'm concerned, and I doubt its even the finished effects shot (reckon they'll be leaving the "big reveal" of their Hulk until the release so's not to blow their wad... Remember, pictures and trailers are all about generating excitement and buzz, not about showing off... he thing is, i dont think im alone in saying that they havent quite made a buzz or made excitement. as far as More

CG looks a lot better in that shot above!
The trailer's CG was a little worrying to say the least, I mean this isn't a film we're all going to see for the riveting talking scenes, what we want is ''HULK SMASH'' on a grand scale, and if the effects are terrible it's going to be a huuge letdown. But like I said, this is looking better, he doesn't stand out quite as much against the live action back ground, not as he seemed to in the trailer's street fight scene anyway. I watched Ang lee's HULK again today, and as much as it's criticised More

Whoops, apologies for the mistake.  Late night, too much wine and a love of Ang Lee's original movie conspired to make a crap comment.  However I have some tissue of you need a hand with that continence problem and I'm sure we can find some sites that specialise in that kind of thing anyway.   Perhaps Hulk pants would be sufficiently absorbant. RE: Incredulous Sulk
When your 4 year old girls have completed their Hulk effects would you be kind enough to post them so that we can see what an excellent job they have done.  I'm sure that Ed Norton and Louis Leterrier would be grateful of their services although it is a little close to deadline day.  Nevertheless...   The CGI looks fine.  If the quality of the effects are going to be an issue for you then DON'T GO AND SEE THE FILM!  If CGI in general is a problem then stick with dra More

RE: best movie ever
hhmmm yes i was a bit over the top with that. so here we go. Ang Lee's hulk is an under-rated classic. It may be slow build up but whats the rush it all builds up to a fantastic number of set pieces by the hulk. While i know this version will be completely different I hope it will do Mr Lee's an injustice More

Sorry to piss you off.
But Ang Lee's hulk is a lot better than we deserve. I personally think it craps all over Batman Begins and all 3 spidermans. Mebbe even better than X2? It's definately the best Marvel film by a solid mile, only Blade 2 comes close. Of course it's only an opinion, but it's mine so that makes it right. I'll still be first in line for this one however. Same old
How can people sniff at the CGI? How can you possibly expect a "realistic looking hulk"? Its a big, giant, green monster that bashes things! Er..what's real about that? The entire appearance is one of utter fantasy, if you want realism, go watch There Will Be Blood or something. Thirty years ago they were painting a bodybuilder in green paint. I still watched the programme though. More

The CGI image of the Hulk looks dire. The Hulk looks more "fake" than in Ang Lee's last Hulk film. It seems Marvel is more interested in selling toys than providing a realistic looking Hulk. Oh well, at least they have dropped the "purple" trousers. More
