New Chaos Theory Trailer Online
Ryan Reynolds throws out the rules

12 February 2008  |  Written by Olly Richards  |  Source: Warner Bros

We like the look of Chaos Theory from the trailer that Warner Bros has just released here. We always like Ryan Reynolds, but we also like the way in which director Marcos Siega hasn't gone as broad as he might have with the film's set up. He's kept an indie feel to the story.

Reynolds plays a man who lives every second of his life to a perfect schedule. One day he throws that list out the window and everything becomes chaos. We didn't entirely get how he ended up with new instructions on cards, but there were enough chuckles for us not to care.

It looks funny from this and we love the cast, which includes a rare but welcome role for Scrubs' Sarah Chalke, who never seems to turn up in movies despite being a brilliant comedienne.

chick flick but good
I've seen this and its not a full on comedy as the trailer suggests it goes into major chick flick mode halfway through, but saying that i did enjoy it. More

RE: Hmmmm
Looks like a 'I wanna' movie. Plus, as tallaght24 said, Sarah Chalke is a fittie. Oh, yes, yes she is... I'll stop the drooling now. I've started developing a theory about Ryan Reynolds: Beard off - mainstream/big budget film which will be OK. Beard on - more indie/quirky/interesting. I tend to avoid the non-bearded films. Anyone else? More

Looks decent
Watched the trailer for this at the weekend, thought it looked interesting enough. I quite like The Nines with Reynolds, so this looks like it might combine the trippier elements of that, but with more of the Reynolds comic touch too. More
