First Pic From Death Race
Jason Statham revs up

First Pic From Death Race
Universal has released the first picture from Death Race, the upcoming remake of Death Race 2000. Click the image below to make Jason Statham drive closer to your face.

The film tells of a violent future where inmates of a particularly unpleasant prison are forced to take part in a perilous car races full of souped-up motors, firepower and mangled bodies, which will be televised to the nation. Statham plays Jensen Ames, a man who has been framed for a crime he didn't commit (naturally) and tries to drive his way to freedom.

Everything about this film sounds like great fun, except the name of the director: Paul W. S. Anderson.

Olly Richards
