BloodRayne 2 Announced
No, it's not a joke

BloodRayne 2 Announced
Of all the films released – or, in this case, evacuated – this year the least likely to deserve a sequel must surely be BloodRayne.

The seriously dodgy and utterly underperforming vampire saga starred Kristanna Loken as a scantily leather-clad fanged warrior woman looking to defeat Ben Kingsley’s OTT undead leader.

But despite a poor performance at the box office, someone has decided that a sequel is worth a punt. This time, DOA: Dead Or Alive’s Natassia Malthe will don the suit and master of wonky movies Uwe Boll will make a return to the director’s chair.

BloodRayne 2 sees our heroine facing a vampire invasion in the old West, with a script written by Christopher Donaldson and Neil Every. "I’m excited to do a sequel to BloodRayne and this time in the Wild West. I'm a big fan of Sergio Leone and John Ford," Boll said in a statement. And we’re sure they’d return the compliment. Under pain of dea… No, hang on. That’s not much of a threat, is it?

Lokken is being seriously misused.Yeah, she's absollutley gorgeous but she actually has a potential to be the new Connie Nielsen,I've seen several movies of her and the girl has a very good emotional range.Along with a fine bod. Never seen any Boll, never interested in seeing his movies, although I like the guy for literally beating the heck of fat annoying critics to a stump. And I totally agree with jpt1976. Now if we could only have a fight between Boll and Harry Knowles that would be tons of f... Read More

I thought this german tax loop hole business that allows him to make these films had finally been put to rest, with the understanding he could still make the remaining three already in pre-production? Bloodrayne 2 definitely wasn't one of them. Who in the name of Lucifer's underwear is financing this guy now!?!?!? ... Read More

Getting on for a year after the original came out in the US and some parts of Europe BloodRayne still hasn't been seen over here. Yes, it's awful by all accounts, but sometimes you need to see the rubbish to appreciate the good films that bit more. ... Read More
