Samuel L Jackson managed to make wearing a kilt and playing golf look cool in the past, but we’re wondering what he’ll do to keep his bad motherfucker reputation intact in The Cleaner.
It’s a thriller that focuses on Tom (Jackson) a man with an almost obsessive addiction to keeping clean. Fortunately, he’s able to channel this quirk into profitable work as a crime scene cleaner. But – because this is a thriller and not real life – he becomes involved in a web of deception that somehow ties into his family’s long-buried secrets.
Matthew Aldrich penned the script, and while there’s no director attached yet, the film needs to find one quickly – it’s apparently going to start shooting in Louisiana in January.
