That's not a half bad idea, shouldn't be too hideously expensive, a good opportunity to do another big movie before the Supes sequel and hopefully head off any typecasting too.
The Rock as BA could work, again, he can't be that pricey in movie star terms.
Some daft tart off an OC/Dawson's Creek type show to play Amy for minimum wage.
Leaves enough budget to get Sam Jackson and Buscemi and a decent big name villain and then a shit load More

We're thinking too many big names - the budget would go on salaries and not enough on cars rolling over and Lawnmowers turned into tanks

I think Bruce Willis would do a good job as Hannibal. Would have to agree it's tailor made for Clooney or Mel Gibson although he's kinda stuffed right now and Clooney has sort of done this already with Ocean's Eleven.
I'd throw in Sean William Scott and The Rock as Murdoch and BA Barraccus, they were awesome together in The Rundown.
Not sure who'd make a good FaceMan that's a tough one as Benedict so owned that role. Mark Wahlberg comes to mind More
