Bond 22 Loses Helmer The 22nd film hits a brick wall...
We may just be about to enter the Daniel Craig era, but the next 007 flick is already beginning to encounter difficulties.
The UK’s own Roger Michell (Notting Hill, Changing Lanes) had begun negotiations to helm Bond 22, but it seems that “creative differences” have halted proceedings.
The search for a director continues…
Casino Royale is released across the UK on November 17.
You’ll have to wait a little longer for Bond 22 - the movie is scheduled to hit screens on May 2, 2008.

I've never made a big-budget studio film before, but I'll do it! Although I specialise in stop-motion, which may be a little tricky for Bond fans to adjust to.

For years Quentin Tarantino has expressed a desire to direct a bond film. For all his quirks the guy is a trditionalist at heart and rabid film geek that he wouldn't tamper with the "Britishness" of Bond.gh recently he has started to believe his own press and gone off the boil somewhat {anyone who paid to see the stinking cat shit that was "KILL BILL 2" will understand that statement} when he is good, he is very, VERY good!
