Ejiofor Joins Children Of Men
Chiwetel also on for Tonight At Noon

Ejiofor Joins Children Of Men
After playing a ruthless assassin in Serenity and a cabaret drag performer in Kinky Boots, the very versatile Chiwetel Ejiofor has lined up two more film roles to keep him busy. He's joining Clive Owen and Julianne Moore in Children of Men, Alfonso Cuarón's film, and then joins indie Tonight At Noon, from director Michael Almereyda (the updated Hamlet, starring Ethan Hawke).

In Children of Men, based on the PD James novel of the same name, Ejiofor will play the leader of a radical political faction, bent on controlling the future of the human race. It's set in a world where no children have been born in years, and where Moore may be the only pregnant woman on the face of the planet.

Then in Tonight At Noon, Ejiofor will play two characters, in a story about New Yorkers who experience random encounters which define their lives. He joins Connie Nielsen, Lauren Ambrose and Rutger Hauer in that.
