New Avatar Quaritch Featurette The Colonel explains his mission Source: You Tube
Another day, another tiny taste of what we can expect from James Cameron's Avatar, with a featurette focusing on Stephen Lang and his character Colonel Miles Quaritch, the sinister head of the Marines based on Pandora to protect the human base there.
Quaritch, as had already been hinted and is confirmed by this footage, is a bit of a badass, and is rather lacking when it comes to environmentalist credentials. Instead, he is firmly committed to his mission of stripmining Pandora for its precious mineral, unobtanium.
Still looks a like Cameron's got a bad attack of the Emperor's New Clothes.
He could've made this in 4D and it still wouldn't look that interesting.
