Exclusive: Eagle Eye Alternate Ending

DJ Caruso's Hitchcockian conspiracy thriller Eagle Eye is either a Usain Bolt-paced rollercoaster or two hours of brain-boggling madness, depending on your standpoint. Either way, it's kind of fun, with Shia LaBeouf running around like Cary Grant on speed and Michelle Monaghan joining him on the lam in the Eva Marie Saint role.

The alternative ending is mildly spoilerific, but does offer a little reminder that The Man is still out there and is powerful enough to mess with your Guitar Hero. Interesting to hear viral one-hit wonders Ok Go getting another burst of airplay too.

Eagle Eye is out on DVD on March 16. Guitar Hero is out now.

No.
Twas a silly film anyway. This AI has control of everything connected to an electrical circuit/phone circuit and decides to kill a bunch of people using the deadly combo of necklace + trumpet. Could have killed them much more subtlely and easily. Roll on Revenge Of The Fallen. ... Read More

What a bobbins ending! The sequel this would lead us onto (box-office permitting) is a 10 year old kid doing the same kind of stuff? I've got a better idea TV: Hello Sam....watch very closely.....this is a luck dragon, his name is Falcor. Sam: Jog on TV, it looks like a stoned dog. TV: Go outside Sam (Sam walks outside) Falcor: Hello Sam Sam: Well shit on me. Cue Sam and Falcor running round town robbing, shooting and killing. Now that I'd watch! ... Read More

Where to begin
Firstly, i'm pretty sure it was Rock Band not Guitar Hero the kids were playing. Secondly, OK Go, pretty popular on the other side of the pond, not really on hit wonders. Thirdly, think you mean "Airplay" Ending seems rubbish, haven't seen the movie, looked alright, will probably rent it. ... Read More
