New Benjamin Button Theatrical Trailer
We're welling up already

New Benjamin Button Theatrical Trailer
So the subject matter might be a little odd, especially for an actor -director team known for their gritty thrillers - but if you were thinking twice about David Fincher's The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, then this theatrical trailer should certainly help make up your mind.

Following a very special boy who is born old and ages backwards, Benjamin Button examines life through a character who must struggle with decrepitude as a child and can enjoy the spoils of youth as a mature man. Add to that Cate Blanchett, who plays Benjamin's impossibly graceful sweetheart, aging the normal way round.

The trailer shows us just some of the stages of the miraculous transition of Benjamin from a wrinkly baby to a young man with an old man's face - until we reach that perfect moment pinnacle, the mid-point, where Brad and Cate's characters are the same age.

Based on the story by F. Scott Fitzgerald and spanning from the end of World War I until the 21st century, this will be an epic of bizarre and beautiful proportions. Check out the theatrical trailer here.

Ah, Sweet and sad at the same time
Brad looks to have grown of age as an actor now (no pun intended) following his brilliant turn as Jesse James. You can alway feel safe with Blanchett and it's good to have David Fincher back. ... Read More

Look's great, but don't spoil the ride!
It's going to be a visual and acting feast, only I can't help thinking that in trying to show audiences what the central plot is (He's old, then he's young!) they're kind of showing us THE WHOLE STORY in all the trailers. Unless there are 25 mins of teenage to adolescent Pitt they've kept hidden, it's a bit of a shame. Just tell us that he's aging backwards and we'll find out on the night! Ah well, trailers are all like this nowadays. Not enough people wanna go to the cinema every week (Like a s... Read More
