World Exclusive Death Race Clip The Stath ain’t playing…
Blood, bullets, burnin’ rubber and the presence of the almighty gravelly-voiced action man that is Jason Statham.. it’s like they entered our brains and stole the plans for our perfect movie.
As The Stath gears up to cause all manner of vehicular-based mayhem in Death Race, we’ve got our hands on a World Exclusive clip from Paul W. S. Anderson’s upcoming remake. Be warned, there’s violence and swears (and a plot spoiler).
In the movie, Statham plays a prisoner who, days from being released, is forced by warden Joan Allen to join his fellow inmates in a deadly car race in which there can be only one winner.
Shaping up to be a fun mix of big bangs and over-the-top violence, we’ve got this filed firmly under big, dumb fun.
Sounds like a car version of Running Man with a little bit of Escape from New York thrown in. If it is half as 'good' as either of those two films it will be worth watching! ... Read More
In this weekend's Movie Con video presentation, it was great to hear Paul WS Anderson avoid all confusion by clarifying once and for all that the film Death Race is actually about a "race....to the death." All clear now? Good. Now go fill your boots with Statham goodness. ... Read More

Honestly, the only thing that stood out here was the lack of excitement :D
And the wonderfull dialogue: "This is a race, you don't go backwards!"
Oh, because if you go backwards you don't win – of course! Brilliantl! ... Read More
I can only write on what i've seen, the trailer looks good. The cars are classics which always helps. The machine guns, smoke etc also help's in terms of you not knowing what the car has in store in the long run. Lets face it Paul Anderson isn't the best of directors AvP being the biggest fall along with his Resident Evil aswell. He's got Jason Statham on board though, (i think thats a good thing) He might not be the best of actors but he's one that everybody can watch. He really needs to get th... Read More
i dont know???? the cars look cool, but this is directed by Paul Anderson. The original is a classic exploitation flick & it would of been funny to see the machete on the bonnet of the car like Machine Gun Joe's had. Probably with another, better director, this could have been the new Mad Max film, cool cars and an apoclayptic future. i'll hold out to see more clips before i purchase the cinema ticket ...
