Harry Potter Teaser Trailer Online First footage of Half-Blood Prince Source: Moviefone
Moviefone has the teaser trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which you can see here.
David Yates' second Potter film, the sixth in the series, acts as a sort of back story for the dark wizard Voldemort, explaining where he came from and, in turn, how Harry Potter can destroy him.
It's just a sneak peek, but what do you think of this first footage?
I think this is going to be so good! It was, for some reason, my fave book so I am so excited about this one. If you go on the harry potter website then you can watch it really clear and big! Why is Ginny in her dressing-Gown...? Can't Wait! ... Read More

The small group of objects lined up on Tom's windowsill? Looks like shells, shards of coral or some kind of seaside paraphenalia: must be a hint about the cave scene later, also his penchant for "collecting" items... ... Read More
Wow! I can't wait to see the whole film! I think they did a good job on choosing the boy playing tom. The whole atmosphere en tension is great when you see the trailer. In terms of it being a teaser trailer, I think it did a great job. A lot of the film will include flashbacks, so now we've got the flavour of how they will be done. And by focussing on a fairly pivotal scene, the fans can start to get excited (it's long until November??)
We don't need to see stuff like quidditch, or potions lessons, at this stage, although I am sure those will feature in the main trailer.
For those that don't like HP, either the books or the films, I doub... Read More
To be honest, Dumbledore and Harry observing Lord Voldermort's past was'nt my highlight of the book. It seemed slightly boring. Seeing it on the screen is great but still. Also it was stlightly disappointly that some of the charactors were'nt present, like Harmione and others important to the story. But that is the statagy: the less you give people, the more they'll want it. ... Read More

Mark O'Connell: I couldn't disagree more with you when it comes to the quality of the Harry Potter films. They have succeeded gloriously (in the self-same spirit of Rowling's novels) of being consistently good, if not consistenly "GREAT." How many film franchises have been steered so surely, with such inventiveness and imagination? Producer David Heyman deserves a great deal of credit for this, of course. As far as I can tell, JK Rowling's involvement has been minimal: her in... Read More
As a HUGE fan of the books i have always been very very disappointed with the films and all they have to leave out (so you can imagine how glad i was to here deathly hallows) this film looks amazing. If this is a true representation of the style and look of the film as a whole then this will be the best looking film so far. Not my favourite book but should actually translate well to film, better than say Order. Lets just hope the ending is as good as it should be, its a very very very imp... Read More
what was the big deal? Sorry don't mean to sound like a cynic but ever since the atrocity of Goblet of fire I haven't been to keen on the films. This had better be at least HALF as good as the book, which was amazing. Show me what you got then Mr Yates. ... Read More
