Witness The Terror Of The Twilight Panel Women be screamin'...
This isn't really news about the Twilight panel at Comic-Con, which happened yesterday, but something that has to be seen to be believed. Unusually for a Comic-Con event, the hall was filled with young women desperate for a glimpse of the stars of the adaptation of the first book in Stephenie Meyer's teenage vampire series.
The poor cast try to answer questions, but their puny male larynxes are powerless against 10,000 lungs powered by teenage lust. Oestrogen is LOUD!
As usual they've turned something that had the potential to be good, into something that's just plain annoying. I read the original books when they came out, and thought the were good, but screaming girls, for god's sake is just really embarrassing. Wutdahell...what a noise. If Robert turned out to be Hitlers son, those girls would still eat him alive. Unbelievable. I've never even heard of the bloody book before this movie was announced.
Fun fact: I once made a documentary about boybands and the effect it had on those teenage girls. Even the professor we interviewed didn't know why those girls are always screaming. It just doesn't make any sense. I actually scares off the male specimen ^^.
