New Trailer For The Air I Breathe
Gellar and Fraser get dark

New Trailer For The Air I Breathe
We're filling a little unsettled and in need of a hug after watching the trailer for The Air I Breathe, which you can see here. You see Brendan Fraser and Sarah Michelle Gellar and you think light and fun. You don't expect to see something that makes you feel like all the light has gone out of the world.

That pair, along with Kevin Bacon, Andy Garcia, Forrest Whitaker, Julie Delpy and Emile Hirsch star in Jieho Lee's drama based on an ancient Chinese proverb that breaks life into four quadrants of sorrow, love, happiness and pleasure. The film sees various lives entangle in a hail of crime or punishment. We're seeing a lot of sorrow here, but no so much with the other three.

Could somebody give us a hug, please?
Olly Richards

RE: New Trailer For The Air I Breathe
Seriously odd to see Gellar and Fraser in an intense movie such as this. Andy Garcia looks like the typical gangster trying to reprise his glory days - hopefully it'll be less two-dimensional in the film.   I like the look and feel of it though. ... Read More

It's weird to see Brendan Fraser in anything other than a lighthearted family movie but he is actually a very talented actor, what with Crash and now this. I reckon this film could be something special come awards season. ensemble dramas always tend to do well. Plus, it's nice to see Kevin Bacon again. ... Read More
