Readers of Empire man Chris Hewitt’s Comic Con blog entries on the mag’s MySpace page (get the good stuff by searching the archives here) will know that he was more than a little excited by the first footage from Hot Fuzz. If you want to experience the same trouser-worrying feelings in the comfort of your own home (or office, or ‘net cafe, or wherever – but please, not in too public a place), the nice people at Fuzz US distributor Rogue Pictures have only gone and shoved two corking clips online. So sit back and enjoy these albeit brief glimpses of Simon Pegg and Nick Frost serving the public trust, protecting the innocent and doing all the things Robocop could do, without looking like they need a tin opener to go to the lav.
