Anthony Mackie, who last appeared in Million Dollar Baby and Sundance success Half-Nelson, will appear alongside Matthew McConaughey, Matthew Fox and David Strathairn in the newly titled We Are Marshall.
McG is directing the film that’s based on the 1970 plane crash that killed members of the Marshall University American football team in the States. McConaughey is the coach who tries to pull the surviving members together into a team, with Straithairn the university president. We're guessing that Mackie is a player in the team. |
