The Widow Review

A Tragic Accident? A Grieving Wife? A Deadly Plot? These all come into play when a woman trys to make a new home for herself with a couple she's just met.

With top shelf diva Shannon Tweed cast against type as the victim and Tracy Spaulding trying out a low-rent act as a scheming cuckoo, this fairly complex erotic thriller is worth a look.

On the way home one night, Brett Baxter Clark knocks down and kills a man. Spaulding poses as the dead man's widow, and moves into his Beverly Hills house as part of some nefarious scheme. For once, all is not obvious from the outset. It's easy to knock the acting in erotic thrillers but this is some of STweed's better work. But in the end she does just generally walk around getting her kit off.

A fairly good twist helps this erotic thriller out of the dregs of TV-movie hell.
