Original Title:

Tibet: A Buddhist Trilogy

Having translated The Tibetan Book Of The Dead, writer-turned-director Graham Coleman turned its ideas into this visually striking trilogy. The focus throughout is on the way in which spirituality and service are developed through monasticism, with each of the three parts centring on different Tibetan communities.

Capturing the dignity, mysticism and simplicity of an ancient tradition, this is an inspirational and moving documentary, albeit with somewhat limited appeal.

For those with interest in this subject specifically, this is something to be treasured.
