The one where Stan and Ollie try to revive their flagging mousetrap business by relocating their head office to Switzerland, reckoning that any place famous for its cheese must have a major mouse problem.
The plot is just an excuse for gag sequences, most memorably the boys stuck on a rickety rope bridge with a raging gorilla, in this genuine delight from start to finish. With many set pieces and musical dance numbers it might not be a must for all Laurel And Hardy fans, not wholly focusing on the bumbling pair, but a great start for anyone beginning a collection of great comedy classics.
Also interesting to note Stan Laurel’s appearance in this film as due to being ill at the time of filming he appears weak, pale and tired.
