Original Title:

A Plot to Kill Hitler

A TV movie trivialization of the events leading up to the July 1944 bomb plot against the Furher.

Brad Davis is hopelessly out of his depth as the prime conspirator Colonel Von Stauffenberg, while the many scenes with his wife (Madolyn Smith) and kidi turn what should be a first class political thriller into another embarrassingly sentimental slice of love and devotion.

Inadequate on all fronts.
