Paper Souls

The spirit of Woody Allen pervades this supernatural romcom, which sees a world-weary funeral oration writer compete for the affections of a Parisian widow with her undead husband. Deftly played, if a little muddled, this exudes a poignantly melancholic optimism.

Low key but charming.
