The end – spoiler alert, in case you haven’t watched it – of surprise 2012 hit Now You See Me found the Four Horsemen (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher and Dave Franco) recruited for a larger society of tricksters). Here comes the teaser trailer for Now You See Me 2 to show what happens for their second act{ =nofollow}.

This time around, the Horsemen – with Lizzy Caplan now subbing in for Fisher as new addition Lula – haven’t been seen since they outwitted the FBI and pulled off a daring heist to expose financier Arthur Tressler (Michael Caine). But a year later they’re back, still ready to right wrongs and acting as Robin Hood-style magicians. This time, though, they face tech prodigy Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe), who not only has a hold on them, but also connections to Arthur. The only way for the Horsemen to clear their name is to pull off their most impossible heist yet…

Now You See Me 2 (it appears to have lost that “The Second Act” subtitle), looks to be full of what people seemed to like about the first film – card tricks, illusions and Eisenberg and co. being witty and weird. It also adds in the bonus of Radcliffe being rubbish at magic, which is a surprise given the amount of time he spent at a certain magical institution. All that battling evil clearly didn’t help his studies. With Jon M. Chu taking over the directorial reigns and Caine, Mark Ruffalo and Sanaa Lathan also in the cast, the film is out here on June 10 next year.
