The Punisher: War Zone panel at Comic-Con only finished a few hours ago, but the clip that was shown is already online, officially, thanks to IGN. You can watch it below, but be warned that it is very, very gory and features heads exploding and eyes being treated in a way that reputable optometrists would consider distinctly unbeneficial. Punisher: War Zone, directed by Lexi Alexander, stars Ray Stevenson as Frank Castle, aka The Punisher, a vigilante who is on the hunt for a mob boss who he disfigured and is now causing no end of bloody mayhem.
The last film was a bit of a damp squib, so this one will be looking to give fans of the comic book much more of what they wanted. The new film doesn't follow on from the previous one, choosing to forget it ever happened, so let's hope it's second time lucky.
