Good news, UK horror / sci-fi fans! Word has emerged that Ridley Scott's **Prometheus **will be receiving a 15 certificate in the UK - and that's a 15 secured without any cuts or edits, so we're seeing it very much as the director intended.

Until just a few days ago, the buzz was that this would be aiming for a PG-13 rating in the US, which usually equates roughly to a 12A here. It has ended up with an R in the US, due to "intense images and brief language", and it will be coming here in the same form.

Prometheus, as you should all know by now, stars Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green, Michael Fassbender and Guy Pearce, and hits cinemas on June 1. Can. Not. Wait.
