Though you can read her wise words here and watch her talk "super snoods" here, Jennifer Lawrence isn't on this week's Empire Podcast, but her good friend and favourite music video director, Francis Lawrence (who just so happened to have helmed The Hunger Games: Catching Fire), is, joined by Stanley Tucci and Elizabeth Banks.

A word of warning, however: "Back It Up" Banks and "The Tucc" are swear-happy chappies here, so if you're not partial to the odd Effie-bomb or the occasional Caesar-bomb, you might want to skip the first minute or so of that interview.

Elsewhere, the team talk about their favourite adverts to feature movie stars, as well as British TV in honour of The Good Doctor - not that one - returning to our screens. Plus reviews of** Blue Is The Warmest Colour**, The Family,** Parkland** and, as you may have guessed, T****he Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
