Exciting by regionally-targeted marketing? Us neither, but Michael Bay certainly is, and he's got more money and explosions than all of us put together and multiplied by a jazillion. His new character poster for Transformers: Age Of Extinction showcases Li Bingbing's Yueming, 'CEO of the Chinese Transformers', in a promo designed for Chinese moviegoers. Click on the image for a closer look. Yueming is a character you'll mostly be seeing if you live in China. There, audiences are promised additional scenes with Bingbing, a huge local star, in an increasingly popular trend among blockbusters hoping to hit paydirt in Asia. The actress is best know in Hollywood circles as former Umbrella agent Ada Wong in Resident Evil: Retribution, but here she'll be a big corporate cheese turning out Chinese 'bots. They may (or may not) help humanity in its hour of need.

***UPDATE: ***Based off a show seen in the new trailer, there's a new IMAX poster online, and here it is for you below. It is, to use just one word, looming...

{IMAX Character Poster Transformers 4}

To recap, Transformers 4 sees Mark Wahlberg's inventor, Cade Yeager, discover a buried Transformer, unwittingly setting the wheels of total Bayhem in motion. There will also be some business with Cade's daughter Tessa (Nicola Peltz); her secret racing driver boyfriend Shane; Stanley Tucci's Joshua; his geologist assistant Darcy (Sophia Myles); while Kelsey Grammer's Harold Attinger represents the film's non-robot big bad.
