Those no good ne’er-do-wells over at Pirates 4 HQ have been teasing us over the past few weeks with poster after poster, and now they’ve finally given us a proper, genuine, 100% real trailer to feast our eyes on – and it’s pretty darn exciting.
Succinctly setting up the main thrust of the plot, it begins by highlighting just what Jack and co. are up to – hunting for the Fountain of Youth. Then everything kind of explodes.
You see, Blackbeard (Ian McShane) also wants in on the Fountain of Youth action, and as he’s got a possessed ship, zombies, and giant twin flamethrowers (no, we didn’t see that coming either) there’s a chance it might not be a walk in the park for old Jacky Boy.
We’ll leave the trailer to do its job now and stop telling you what’s in it, but rest assured that they’ve really upped the ante when it comes to the action scenes. And the mermaid scenes. The evil mermaid scenes, it looks like…
