New Hangover III TV Spot

Last month, the first trailer for Todd Phillips’ third – and, apparently last – entry in the Hangover series appeared online in a blaze of Vegas landscapes, slapstick moments, Wolfpackery and a giraffe scene that would make the RSPCA cringe. Though a new full promo is promised for later this week, the marketing campaign continues with a new TV spot and two fresh posters.

The director and his cast, which includes returning veterans Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha and a grab-bag of people from both previous outings, have stayed largely silent on what the film will actually be about, but we do know it finds the regulars road tripping when Alan (Galifianakis) inherits some cash, a return to Las Vegas, another run in with Ken Jeong’s Mr Chow and a new nemesis in the shape of John Goodman. To be honest, we’re just hoping it branches off in interesting, funny directions this time.

As for the new imagery, that focuses on Chow’s typically OTT style and gives us a good look at Goodman being threatening in the desert.

The Hangover Part III lands on May 24.
