As a small addendum to the news of Resident Evil: Afterlife's weekend box office win, here's Milla Jovovich herself, enthusing already about **Resident Evil 5.
"The new Resident Evil is the first one to ever open at number one worldwide", she told NY Magazine's Vulture. "It's the biggest movie in the franchise, so we're definitely going to make another one."
Next time round, the results will have more to do with fan interaction, Milla claims. She and her husband Paul WS Anderson (he's director of this one and the first, and writer / producer of the rest) have been "on Twitter and stuff... so it'll probably be one of the first movies where we really talk to fans to see what they want, and what characters they want to see."
